For years we’ve grown hard neck garlic and we’ve always struggled with what to do with all of our garlic scapes. We’ve put them in eggs, pesto, potato salads, scones, but we could never EVER use all of them. They would just lurk and stare at me in the fridge.
Recently I stumbled across a new way to use them thanks to . A super simple way the ENTIRE family loves. Enter Garlic Scape Salt 🎉 The best ever and will be used on everything. I feel like we just won the garlic scape lottery

Garlic Scape Salt
• Gather scapes, cut ends off and roughly chop
• Food processor until paste like
• 2:1 Ratio volume for scapes to salt (I used Redmond)
• Mix and make thin layer on parchment paper and put into dehydrator
• Once dehydrated back to the food processor
• Air tight jar for storage

The very first carbon steel skillet Derek made for our family was the 11” Farm Chef. We used it and loved it. And then thought there might be a chance others would enjoy hand crafted carbon steel skillets as well. We thought maybe 3 people would be interested, so we posted it on social media and were blown away by the support we received. We’ve gone from friends and family supporting our business to now shipping hundreds of pieces of cookware all over the United States. Thank you to absolutely everyone who has given us support over the past few years, we could not have done it without you!
