Reality Fracture pre-orders start one week from today - Tuesday, August 25th @ noon.

Due to an increase in demand, we at Gem City Games are changing how we handle pre orders. These new policies should help increase fairness and availability of products.

1. There will be a limit of 1 of each product per household. The exception is magic play boxes where you can order 2.

2. Preorders will open at noon exactly a month before the product releases. For Magic we consider the first day of prerelease to be the day the product releases. For example, Reality Fracture products will be available to preorder at 12:00 pm Tuesday, August 25th.

3. On Mondays and Tuesdays where we do not open until 3pm, you can send us a message on Facebook or shoot us an email at [email protected] at noon. Otherwise feel free to stop in or give us a call. You can still send us messages and emails after we open.

4. If a product is to sell out within 12 hours of pre-orders starting, anyone who is on the list for that product will be entered for a random drawing of who will be allocated that product. For example if 25 people order Magic collector boxes within 12 hours of preorders opening and we only get 15 then 15 of those 25 people will be randomly selected.

5. If you send a message or email before preorders open you will not be counted as being in that 12 hours. Please wait until noon of the day of preorders to pre order.
