Mama Bear Mode Activated 🚨 Still in complete shock...
Yesterday was an absolute nightmare, but it could have been so much worse. A dog tried to attack my daughter, but I didn't just try to protect her—I did protect her.
The dog chased my baby girl, grabbed her by the lace trim of her bamboo playset, and started dragging her while growling and snarling. He had already knocked me onto my back and nipped my leg/foot (hence the blood), but instinct took over completely. Even from the ground, I tackled him and put him in a chokehold until she was safe.
My poor girl is so traumatized, and honestly, so am I. We actually managed to capture part of it on our security camera, but it still doesn't feel real.
