Please no loud late-night parties. Max occupancy 2 people - cozy studio 1 bedroom apartment with lots of storage.
Off of Nova & 8th - just minutes from the beach. I keep the apartment clean. Nearly new Kitchen & Bath. Includes refrigerator, stove, washer & dryer, water, trash, sewer, electricity & parking.
First month's rent & deposit is due at move in and then on the 1st of every month or every Friday if weekly, thereafter. No switching back and forth.
Good job & rental history required - minimum income required is $3000 per month gross, before taxes. Background check is $75 per applicant. Background check is REQUIRED!
Move in is first month rent plus security-$2400.
I might consider a payment plan for security. It's the same whether for monthly or weekly. 2nd month would begin on the 1st of the month or 1st Friday if weekly. Late fees are an additional $50 each time, no more than 3 days monthly or weekly.
Security: $1200.
Pet Policy: $175 to $350 fee depending on amount of pets - max 2. As long as they are NOT aggressive.
monthly pet rent is $25 per month, per pet. $25 for 1 or $50 for 2.
