Ali's Food Art Ali likes to carve pumpkins, watermelon and a variety of other fruits and vegetables. During the summer of 2008, I started carving watermelon (and other fruit).

I carved my first non-traditional pumpkin the fall of 2002, and after that I was hooked. Since then I have carved more and more pumpkins, trying our many new techniques and ideas. I learned how to carve watermelon by watching youtube videos. I have recently started experimenting with other fruit and vegetables such as carrots and kiwi. In October of 2020, I teamed up with Pumpkin Paradise Farm, an

d started carving pumpkins “live” from McFarland. Early 2021, I had my first attempts at making hard candy with images. Very different from carving, but still very exciting!
