Hey friends! Just a friendly reminder that we are one of the only small businesses that still offer “house accounts”. In the current state of our economy, we know how important it is to make services accessible and convenient. With that being said, we are looking into a more cost effective way to do our billing. Let’s be real, postage is sky high and there’s no way to recoup that cost. I’m finding that with some accounts, I’m billing 2-3 times before we receive payment and that is not how the house accounts are intended to work. If you would like to add a payment method to your account, we can run it per transaction or monthly. If you want to add an email address, we will gladly email your statement if you would like to pay by check. I am asking for house accounts to be taken care of monthly. We can’t afford to carry charges for multiple months as all our product used was already paid for, labor costs have been paid and so on. I understand it is easy to let us slip your mind, but that is why we send statements. If we are going to be able to continue having house accounts, we need them to be kept current. Thanks do much for your business! We truly appreciate each and every one of you!
