❤️ 25 YEARS! ❤️
Twenty-five years ago, we opened our doors, just one week after 9/11. Arden Kelley, Rob Taylor, and Babs Heileson, our very first employee and sales rep, took a leap of faith and began this journey together.
We could never have imagined everything the next 25 years would bring.
We made it through the aftermath of 9/11, the Great Recession, corporate acquisitions of major product lines we had worked so hard to build, COVID, and countless other challenges.
Through it all, we kept showing up, supporting one another, taking care of our customers, and moving forward.
Today, we are proud to be an independent company competing every day in an industry that includes some very large organizations with resources many times our size. We've held our own by staying focused on our customers, our relationships, and the people who make this company special.
Our average employee tenure is 13 years, with four of us here for more than 20 years. That kind of loyalty is something truly special.
From the beginning, Arden created a culture where people come first. We work hard, look out for one another, and treat our customers and partners like family. That spirit has become part of who we are.
Today, Arden's son, Mike Kelley, is at the helm, carrying those same values forward and continuing the legacy his dad started 25 years ago.
25 years is a milestone we don't take for granted.
