🎄❤️ A Little Christmas Order Reassurance!

To all my wonderful customers who have already placed Christmas quilt orders — your orders are on schedule, and your quilts WILL be ready in time for Christmas! 🎁

While I’ve closed my books to new Christmas orders, I’m working hard behind the scenes to make sure every quilt already promised makes it under the tree on time!

And speaking of finished quilts… this beautiful memory quilt is all finished and ships out tomorrow! 📦❤️ So many memories stitched together into one special keepsake!

Thank you for your patience, your support, and for trusting Quilted Memories by Stacy with your precious memories! 🧵❤️

✈️ A little update from Quilted Memories by Stacy! 💙

As I head to the airport before the sun is even up this morning, for 48 hours at home, I wanted to share a little update.

My “real job” has me working near DC Monday through Friday these days, leaving only brief weekends at home and precious little time in my quilting studio.

With that in mind, I am officially closing my Christmas quilt orders. 🎄

I am still happily accepting orders with flexible delivery dates, but I never want to promise a Christmas delivery that I might not be able to meet.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support of my little quilting business. Every quilt and every customer means so much to me! ❤️Stacy Higgs

Memory quilt made from a loved one’s clothing. What a special way to remember 💙🩵

My quilting studio is currently giving “creativity happened here… aggressively.” 😂🧵✂️

But there’s something about resetting the chaos back to pristine that resets my brain, too. Clean tables, folded fabric, tools back where they belong—and suddenly I’m ready to focus, create, and turn my attention back to my customers’ special projects.

Messy studio = ideas were flowing.
Clean studio = time to make them happen. ❤️

If only I could actually lay these quilts out in 45 seconds like these time lapse videos!

Once I have the layout up on the design wall, I leave it for a day or two. I walk by it - tweak it - move things around - fill in gaps… until it is perfect!

Then I sew allll those pieces together!
