Made these for a cookout last weekend and I honestly had to fight my way back to the table just to grab one for myself! I barely got them off the grill before hands were reaching in from every direction. My brother-in-law had three before anyone else even sat down, and my neighbor kept asking me what I put on them because she said they tasted like something from a restaurant. The potato wedges were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, and that slaw added just the right fresh crunch to balance everything out. A few people asked if I'd used a smoker because of how much flavor was packed in there — nope, just the grill and a little love! I ended up making a second batch on the spot because the first one vanished in about fifteen minutes flat. This is officially my go-to cookout combo from here on out!
