HAPPY NATIONAL CAT DAY!
Today we celebrate our furry little muses, tiny art critics, and professional art-supply thieves.
They may knock over our paint water, sit on our canvases, and shed more than we ever thought possible… but somehow, they still manage to be our biggest inspiration.
So here’s to the cats who make our lives messier, our studios furrier, and our hearts fuller!
May your day be full of purrs, paws, and absolutely zero broken paintbrushes.

Ritual…
Our deepest, darkest secrets must be released, but we don’t need a witness.
We need to write them out and burn them with intention.
We need to speak them into the wind with verve.
Release.

Stop thinking about them.
Don’t keep them alive.
Stop holding them.
Stop talking about pain.
Don’t give it credence.
Release.

Attention goes where we allow it to go, and it can do great damage.
The masters all tell us to ignore negativity - it soon stops.

Toxicity is out there; we all know this but we don’t have to participate in it.
Release.

Burn a candle, say a little prayer.
Release.

This is Moon is for you, for me, for the world to release.
Transformation is one step away.
Release.
