Will be posting a lot in the next few days!

Wanted to share something new for RandomStuff— altho their debut was back in September! At Yellow Daisy, a customer purchased a vintage Dr. Pepper bottle dispenser for her husband- who makes his own bbq sauce from Dr. Pepper! Soooo— I set aside this slightly oversized “Jumbo”
Bottle for ketchup— and had the blue one left at home- as the cap won’t seat correctly, due to an imperfection in the bottle. I knew it would be perfect for mustard! Next, I may use one for mayo and just keep in the fridge— maybe either rootbeer or Mt. Dew. Or an Auburn one 🙂

I’ve only had ONE Auburn one- but hope to have 3-4 next week at Christmas Village Festival! I will have several Bear Bryant ones and Tennessee bottles— along with vintage ones too! They’re 18.50 each.

Well. Gathering up vintage materials to finish up maybe a dozen or so Christmas arrangements for next weeks Christmas Village Festival!

Bought a stack of these…. Thinking I’d save them for a Vintage Market Days … but. He’s just perfect for a most unique Christmas “thing” !

So. Should I post when I finish it? Or wait until next week?

I’m not sure if this will post— but I can say that I have had the most amazing and often hilarious experiences at Gatlinburg Craftsmen's Fair! And some that required medical attention haha!

This came up on my personal timeline — and JUST TODAY— I shared this experience with someone whose son had a love of metal lunchboxes! It is definitely one of THE most amazing interaction I’ve had at ANY show!

Third “hard” set up in a row… one more to go with Christmas village in about a month!

But. Today’s “hard” will make CV a bit easier! New test with using a curtain instead of gridwall— had to replace/add LED lights to the shelves AND rig up a back curtain for them too.

Went off and left my chenille round tablecloth— so, thankful that I usually stash some sheers and other things along! Still need to hang some ornaments… and put on clock hands and unwrap things.. oh. Also forgot one whole bin of Christmas crafts— thankful for sister Patty who went by and pick it up (and played with Bunni )— as she’s coming this way tomorrow!

Well… decided not to post at 3:30 am… but took one of the worst photos ever, as I couldn’t stage anything in the kitchen bc the table is still covered with Christmas bits and pieces haha!!

Anyway—- I’ve been making Christmas stuff as if it’s coming later this month haha! And I’ll have to say, it’s addictive. I was even finished before midnight, was straightening up- spotted ONE MORE THING… Then decided it was time to cut off the glue gun haha!

Couldn’t sleep for some reason— which makes me mad at times bc it wasn’t like I didn’t have another day to get things done.. AND I’ve even gotten all new signs made, laundry done, etc etc … so… there’s nothing like more WORK to make one sleepy!

Looking forward to the Craftsmen Fair! It starts Thursday- will be there until Oct 21!

First day in the books for Vintage Market Days of Birmingham Metro! And wow! What a great crowd! Definitely glad that I went with more vintage with some of my crafts— which is the opposite of how I started! Gotta work myself a system for such, as it’s just exhausting. I KNOW people hate things without prices— that is where I need to change things. But… of those who asked? Only one didn’t buy the item— the rest were quick to say “here, take my money” lol

Hope to walk around some in the morning, if I’m able to haha!

So many wonderful vendors and I saw a LOT of cool things that people were carrying around.

Tomorrow! Doors open at 9, close at 4! Rinse and repeat for Saturday!

Well…. With some help from Emily, I’ve got about 3/4 of the booth finished — perhaps a bit more! Joseph and JT helped figure out the table bracket— but not sure now if I can use it. Ugh! Will try in the morning.

Sooooooo many cool things at this event— I think this Vintage Market Days of Birmingham Metro may be their best yet— especially with vintage goodies!

Show starts tomorrow at 3! Friday and Saturday, 9-4. I’m on the first aisle to the right— next to long time vendors/ the Sandersons from around Moulton.
