Attention:

We were having issues with text and voicemail. We would be texting with someone and their response would go to spam. I never looked in spam cause people don't respond all the time, when we give them information. So the call never go scheduled or it looked as if " we were to busy to respond", not the case. If we missed your call or text in the last few months, even as recently as today we sincerely apologize. The problem has been rectified.

Working on a Maytag dryer only to find half the screws missing and brackets bent. Upon further disassembly a wrong part for the model the customer had. Instantly bring the customer in to tell them what happened and in anger blurted out im so sick of this s**t. And the customer chuckled as I apologized for my mouth. I normally maintain a high level of professionalism but not today. I have just had enough of all the fly by night companies that do bad work. And those that don't take the time and energy to care. As the check was being wrote the gentleman asked, whats the name of your company. I said New Life. And then quickly followed it up with " New Life in Christ as I slander the tech that was here before me and use foul language." I wanted to share this so its understood. Im a follower of Christ but I make hard rights off that path from time to time. Even though I dont believe work should be done that way I certainly could have extended grace the technicians way and honored the customers home with my mouth. And you all thought we were fixing appliances. Eph 4 v 29.
