With the recent fatality in California of an 81 year-old who was hit by a 14 year-old on an illegal e-bike communities are addressing how to respond to this. Thank you Delaware Source for your informative article. We sell and service Class 1, 2 and 3 bikes with a maximum throttle speed of 20 mph that are recognized under Ohio revised code and now Delaware city ordinances.

We're continuing service discounts on tune ups across the board until March 2nd. It may seem like a big window, but sadly most of the competing service areas near Breakaway have closed their doors.
