✨**A New Chapter for My Family... and Still Waters Travel Co.**✨
If you've noticed I've been a little quieter lately, it's because I've been preparing for one of the biggest adventures of my own.
My family and I are preparing to relocate to **Hocking Hills, Ohio**, and I couldn't be more excited about what this means—not only for us personally, but for Still Waters Travel Co.
As many of you know, I'm first and foremost a stay-at-home mom who has the incredible privilege of homeschooling two beautiful children. This move is about creating a life where our family can learn, explore, and experience God's incredible creation together every day.
This season has also been one of the greatest lessons in trusting God.
Earlier this year, I truly believed our next chapter would take us to Indiana. I had plans, hopes, and expectations for what I thought this season would look like. But God continued opening doors and revealing His plan one step at a time. Today, those doors have led us back home to Ohio—to the beautiful Hocking Hills region.
I've learned that sometimes we only see the next step while God already sees the entire journey. I don't have every answer, but I know the One who does. So I'm choosing to trust Him, follow His leading, and walk through every door He opens.
This move feels like coming home.
I was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, and some of my favorite childhood memories were the adventures my mom planned for my brother and me. We spent countless days exploring **Old Man's Cave, Ash Cave, Rock House, Cedar Falls, the Seven Caves**, and so many other incredible places throughout Hocking Hills.
I've watched this area grow and evolve for more than 40 years into one of Ohio's premier travel destinations, and now I have the opportunity to call it home.
While saying goodbye to Lansing is bittersweet, I'm incredibly excited about what's ahead.
This move also allows me to expand Still Waters Travel Co. in exciting new ways.
Not only will I continue helping clients plan unforgettable vacations around the world, but I'll also be sharing insider knowledge of Hocking Hills—hidden gems, scenic trails, waterfalls, cozy cabins, family adventures, seasonal events, and experiences that only someone who has loved this area for decades can truly appreciate.

Before this new chapter officially begins, we are asking for your prayers.
In 2024, God blessed our family with the incredible opportunity to become guardians to a precious little boy. He has become a cherished part of our family, and we are also in the process of pursuing adoption.
Because I am his court-appointed guardian, I cannot simply move him out of Michigan. We have filed an amended petition with the **Ingham County Probate Court** requesting permission to relocate him with our family to Ohio now, and, if it becomes feasible in the future, to Indiana.
Above all else, I ask for your prayers that **God's will be done**. If this move is where He is leading our family, I pray the court grants the petition. We trust that His timing is perfect, His plans are good, and He is faithfully directing every step of our journey.
