My husband needed new hearing aids and we heard good things about Dr. Locker. We made an appointment and was very pleased with the attention given to us, how well he explained all the choices and actually showed us the difference in some of the hearing aids. After a couple of months one of the hearing aids kept slipping out, so he did a second mold and ordered a new one without charge.He has been wonderful with any questions and always follows up if we leave a message. Highly recommend.Update:We have continued to see Dr Locker for tune ups.Dr Locker is not only knowledgeable about hearing but he is amicable and truly makes you feel welcomed. The attention he has received is unparalleled by any other place he has ever received hearing aids.Recently we went back because he was having trouble hearing and he discovered it was the hearings aids. Immediately decided to send them back and lend him replacement until they came back! Who does that? A great doctor who cares…that’s who!Thank you Dr Locker for being such an amazing human being.

If your hearing provider promises unlimited adjustments… that might not be a benefit.

Hearing aids shouldn’t need constant tweaking.

When they’re selected, programmed, and verified correctly… they should just work.

The goal isn’t more appointments.

My husband needed new hearing aids and we heard good things about Dr. Locker. We made an appointment and was very pleased with the attention given to us, how well he explained all the choices and actually showed us the difference in some of the hearing aids.
