🌿💥 WAIT… DID YOUR PLANT JUST SPIT AT YOU?! 💥🌿

If you’ve got a Watermelon Begonia (Pellionia repens) blooming, keep an eye on those tiny little flowers because they have a pretty wild party trick…

THEY SPIT POLLEN! 🤯😂

When the flowers are mature, they can suddenly release a little P**F of pollen into the air. It’s the plant’s clever way of helping spread pollen for reproduction—and honestly, it’s ridiculously fun to catch happening.

Tiny flowers.
Big attitude. 😂🌿

Our Watermelon Begonia is October’s Plant of the Month, and apparently she came ready to show off.

If yours starts blooming, WATCH HER! 👀 You might just catch the pollen pop in action.
