DUCK FAT SPRAY

Duck fat is exactly what it sounds like — rendered fat off the duck, and it's the reason French kitchens have been turning out the best roast potatoes on earth for a couple hundred years. High smoke point, rich savory flavor, and the spray can gets you a light even coat without the mess of scooping it out of a tub.

Sola Stella Extra Virgin comes from Texas Hill Country Olive Co. down in Dripping Springs — a family operation that planted its first 17 acres of olive trees back in 2008. It's their most-awarded oil: 100% Arbequina, smooth and buttery with a little pepper on the finish.
