The Denmark Iowa Renaissance Faire's 3rd year is PACKED with 30 live performances on 3 stages, plus The Highland Games and other live demos of blacksmithing, woodworking, pottery, and magic! Visit 40 vendors and 5 food trucks on 14 acres of land along the Skunk River, including stairs and a hill.
Parking is $3 at 502 Academy Avenue in Denmark for a 5 minute free bus ride to the site. Tickets are $5 OFF when in FULL costume, Renaissance or Halloween! Adults are $15, 12-17 is $10 and kids under 11 are FREE!
Gates open at 10am and close at 5pm Saturday and Sunday October 31 and November 1.

2000 patrons are expected at our 3rd year Denmark Ren Faire!
4000+ free tickets are being given out this week to school kids in Keokuk, Fort Madison, Burlington, and the Central Lee district.

Wear a FULL costume, Renaissance or Halloween, for $5 OFF your ticket.
Adults are $15, Kids 12-17 are $10 and kids 11 and under are FREE.
Experience 32 performances on 3 stages on 14 acres of land, including stairs, a hill, and the Skunk River riverside.
40 vendors offer an array of wares, plus blacksmith, woodworker, and pottery demos.
Attractions include Fire Shows, Giant Bubble Shows, Live Unscripted Sword Fighting, 4 Musicians, Magic, Story Telling, Henna & Face Painting, Performing Puppies, 3 Living History Encampments including everyone's favorite Pirates of the Royal Rouges and Renegades, plus Camel Rides ($10).

24 Residents - that's 80% of the total Residents (30) BAHS housed in 2025, in just 6 months!

1,094 Nights of Service - that's 65% of the total nights of service (1687) BAHS provided in 2025, in just 6 months!

How has BAHS accomplished this? Revitalized case management with a focus on trauma-informed care, setting unique and individualized goals, as well as personal accountability and responsibility; improved full-time staffing; and of course YOU!

Returning for our third year, the Denmark Iowa Renaissance Faire will be celebrated on October 31st and November 1st. We will continue the Halloween theme and tradition of offering $5 off for persons in FULL costume. Acts both returning and new will be featured. Happy New Years to all until we see you for Halloween!
