Let me just take a minute to talk about Honey Butter Country Fare food truck in Portland, OR. Everything is gluten free and fried to perfection! I personally ordered the "Linus and Lucy" loaded corn dog - all beef frank, topped with house peanut butter sauce, crunchy garlic 'n onion chili oil, and green onions. It was decadent and savory. The breading was so crisp and fluffy at the same time. We also ordered fried artichoke hearts to share, and Bret got the cinnamon funnel cake topped with house whipped cream. I've been following this food truck on IG for quite some time, and it did not disappoint. This was one of my select destinations. Thanks to my friends for indulging in this delicious fried goodness with me!! 🤤🥰🌞
