Had my first bad experience with Vinted
More so Fed Ex. They decided to not log my packages even tho I dropped them off the day after purchase, now Vinted won’t keep in contact and nor will Fed ex. Fed Ex kept cold transferring me because THEY lost the parcels and couldn’t give any answers. They should be scanned when dropped off... I’m at a loss for words, product, and funds💔I will continue to swear off Fed Ex, out of 50 orders I’ve never had this happen.

and you can file real complaints and actually get emails back! You can also file a claim but I’m still waiting to hear back before doing so. I haven’t found a phone number yet but I’m digging!!
