Some friendships are meant to last a lifetime, and Bow and Vitruvius are proof of that. These sweet 8-year-young best friends arrived at the shelter together and are hoping for a second chance—whether that’s together or apart.

These two balance each other perfectly and bring out the best in one another. After all, two wagging tails, four happy paws, and twice the doggie kisses make life even sweeter!

Senior dogs have so much love left to give, and Bow and Vitruvius are ready to spend their golden years making someone incredibly happy.

🐾 Meet Dasa Baby - Our Longest Resident at City of Denton Animal Shelter - Who Refuses to Give Up 🐶

Some dogs carry stories that break your heart, and Dasa Baby is one of them. But even after everything he’s been through, he wakes up every day trying to be better, trying to stay hopeful, trying to believe his forever family is still out there.

Dasa Baby was first found as a stray in Denton. After spending time at the shelter, he was adopted and everyone celebrated, thinking his happy ending had finally arrived. But just eight weeks later, he was found as a stray again, this time in Lewisville.

Because of his microchip, the Lewisville shelter contacted Denton, and he was brought back.
Back to the same kennels.Back to the same routine.Back to waiting.😭

This means Dasa Baby has spent a long time living in shelters, far longer than any dog should. And yet, he hasn’t given up. He’s trying hard every single day. He’s learning, improving, and showing us that his heart is still full of hope.

💛 Who Dasa Baby Is Today:
• Sweet, affectionate and full of personality
• Loves car rides, adventures, and meeting new people
• Dog‑friendly and potty trained
• Working hard daily on his manners and thriving with consistency

He’s a 2½‑year‑old American Pit Bull Terrier mix with a huge heart and a story that deserves a better ending.

Still hoping.
Still believing someone will choose him and never let him go again.

The chocolate dipped caramel flavors of the fall are Walnut Almond Pecan and original both available in dark and milk chocolate as well as raspberry dipped in white chocolate.

Hello.., am not being a complete dead beat while taking a break from market!!! Have been herding a few cats for my tote bags!!
