💔 A message we never thought we’d have to make

Today, we had someone steal from our market. And unfortunately, this isn’t the first time.
Over the years, we’ve seen people take things without paying, and many times, we’ve chosen to let it slide. We told ourselves maybe they needed it more than we did. Maybe they were struggling. We never wanted to embarrass anyone or assume the worst in people.
But when it becomes the same people coming back and doing it again.. and when it starts happening more and more.. it becomes really hard to stay quiet.
We are a small family farm. This is our livelihood. When you steal from us, you aren’t stealing from a big corporation. You’re taking directly from a family that works incredibly hard to keep this place going.
We try to give back to our community every chance we get.. whether it’s donations, giveaways, supporting local families, or simply helping someone when we can. When people continue to take advantage of us, it hurts our ability to keep doing those things.
We have cameras. We see more than we say. For years, we have chosen grace because we believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt. But when that kindness continues to be taken advantage of, eventually we have to say something.
We will never publicly embarrass anyone. You know who you are. But if you choose to steal from our family and our farm, we kindly ask that you please do not come back.
