I worked with Silencer Shop to start to compile a list of SBR's they have that would qualify for Maryland. I also sent it off to State Police to make sure and got the go ahead. I have the first list available. These are options that you would not be building yourself (Form 1) These would be a Form 4, same process as a silencer.

Anyone who is in the market for Daniel Defense SBR's, there are a few options in stock. These are maryland compliant SBR's. Reach out if interested.

Also, remember, today is the handgun roster meeting. We should know by tomorrow if the 3 Gen 6 G***ks are approved. If they are, they would be on the roster by July. It's the 17/19/45 models. If approved, I have them reserved with the distributors to send in. This would also allow any aftermarket frames for the Gen 6 to be sent in as well.

I have 2 theories: 1. They vote no due to the pending ban. 2. They vote yes because it would then allow any maryland police agency the ability to use gen 6 G***ks as their duty weapon in the future. Remember, law enforcement is exempt from the ban. If they don't approve the Gen 6's then no police department would be able to use the Gen 6. It has to be on the roster in order to use. I'm split 50/50. We shall see.
