Beautiful subsurface photo engraving inside of K9 crystal. This was done on my Cloudray 5w UV pro series laser using rk-cad and taking less than an hour from start to finish. New lasers are now lightburn compatible

Titanium lighter from Zorro Lighters Shop This lighter was engraved with a 3D relief image then colored with the laser after the engraving. I used Cloudray GM-200 Neo Series laser for the whole project of engraving and coloring the titanium . Multi hole baseplate is from Matt Blackwell

I’m not really sure what to call this piece, The Final Potion?its Dungeon Crawler Carl fan art. No AI was used in the making of the artwork. Cockpit 3D program was used to convert a 2D image into a point cloud for laser engraving on my Cloudray 5w uv pro laser.

Oh the difficulties of titanium and laser engraving. Too much power and you’ll weld back the parts you engrave back on which will create a rough texture and look terrible to touch and to look at. You need to use lower power and double or triple the passes. For me I used my 200w fiber laser from Cloudray with speeds of 3500mm/s which is fast for laser engraving to be able to still get nice detail. This titanium prybar was custom designed by my friend at Limitless Solutions for me. As always I use a high density xy table from Matt Blackwell The design is an oversized Scolopendra centipede crawling over skulls inspired by the DCC books.
