You'd better bring those crisp fall temperatures, because this girl has a whole lot of fudge waiting to get shipped. 😅📦🍫

I've spent all summer telling people, "Just a little longer..." while Mother Nature has been out here trying to turn every package into gourmet chocolate soup. 🫠

So, Colorado... do the right thing. Give me sweater weather, changing leaves, and shipping-safe temperatures. My customers (and my sanity) are counting on it. 😂🤎

I don't care how much bubble wrap, insulation, ice packs, crossed fingers, or positive thinking I use... chocolate and triple-digit temperatures are not on speaking terms.

I'd rather tell you "Please wait until cooler weather" than have your Boozy Sue's order arrive looking like it survived the final scene of Raiders of the Lost Ark. 😅

Your fudge deserves to arrive as fudge, not as a very expensive chocolate beverage.

Yesterday I was handing out samples of my fudge at work, and one coworker politely said, "Oh, I don't like fudge."

I convinced them to try a piece anyway and told them, "People always say they don't like fudge... then they try mine." 😄

I also told them I wouldn't be offended if they truly didn't like it.

Fast forward to this morning...

I think it's safe to say we may have converted another non-fudge believer. 😂

Well... that escalated quickly. 😏

I'm excited to announce my very first White Chocolate Absinthe Fudge, handcrafted with Leopold Bros. Absinthe Verte.

Sometimes new recipes take several attempts to perfect.

This wasn't one of those times. 😉

The very first batch was exactly what I was hoping for: a silky white chocolate fudge that lets the beautiful herbal, botanical character of Leopold Bros. Absinthe Verte shine without overpowering it. It's elegant, complex, and absolutely worthy of the Green Fairy.
