At The Bronze Petal, there are certain truths that do not bend with the winds of politics, public opinion, or the passing fashions of the age. Juneteenth is one of those truths.

We honor this day not merely as a historical event, but as a testament to the enduring human pursuit of dignity, freedom, and justice.

We stand in solidarity with our Colorado community and with all those whose voices, stories, and contributions have shaped the world we share. Plants may bring us together, but it is our diversity that allows us to flourish. As in nature, strength is not found in sameness, but in the richness of many forms growing side by side.

Where others have been excluded, we will make room. Where others have been diminished, we will offer respect. Where others have built walls, we will continue setting places at our table.

For we believe that every person carries inherent worth, and that a community rooted in compassion, understanding, and diversity becomes stronger with every new voice welcomed among it.

Today, we honor freedom. Tomorrow, we continue the work of living it.

At The Bronze Petal, we believe that a strong community is built not on our differences, but on our shared humanity.

The Bronze Petal has always been more than a sanctuary for rare and beautiful plants. It is a place where people can gather, learn, heal, and belong. We are committed to being a safe and welcoming space for all, especially those who have felt marginalized, overlooked, or unheard.
