Hi, I’m Haley — the hands (and heart) behind SheLettering. If we haven’t met yet, here’s what you should know // I’m a Denver-based calligrapher and stationer who genuinely loves the details that make your celebration actually feel like yours. I’m a problem-solver, detail-noticer and calm presence in the planning process.

Working with me isn’t just “pick a font, approve a proof.” It’s a true back-and-forth experience. I ask questions, I listen, I offer suggestions when something isn’t quite fitting or serving your vision. My wife will tell you I talk about my clients like they’re friends, because by the time your wedding day arrives, that’s kind of what it feels like.

When we work together, my goal is simple // make the process feel easy and create pieces that feel like they belong uniquely to you. Whether we start with an invitation suite or add finishing touches like menus, place cards and bar signs, every piece will feel like it was always meant to go together.

“I wish people could see this side of what you do”

A late night task, accompanied with a genuine statement, turned into a content idea

so often we get lost scrolling through social media that the overwhelm of perfection starts to take a toll. sometimes you don’t even realize it’s happening. the beautifully curated photos and videos fill your mind and the paralysis sets in.

“I don’t have anything to post”
“The lighting isn’t good enough”
“I didn’t set that down correctly”
“My space is a mess and so am I”

but the reality is, this is the reality! creatives ebb and flow through cleanliness and mess. we ignore the piles on the table so we can focus on the project in front of us. organized chaos is our day-to-day.

but as business owners, we know that going above and beyond is not only beneficial to our clients, but to our business as well. it’s the late night tasks, double checking guest names & table assignments. it’s the extra coat of paint or a few additional hours wiping edges of leather so they don’t smudge onto the paper.

this is the behind the scenes. this is what we do to ensure our clients receive the best possible outcome. this is why you hire a professional.

was this a girls (work) trip // or a work (girls) trip?

either way, we stayed workin! from stopping in the middle of the market to standing in the middle of the street — sometimes you just need to check in on what’s going on.

one of the absolute hardest parts about being a business owner is finding time to shut off, tune out, and live life. I was incredibly fortunate to have traveled with two business besties who knew this to their core. our trip was a perfect balance of personal & professional.
