Dolly Parton spent her whole life proving that fame and generosity don’t have to be strangers to each other. She built a library that put books in the hands of millions of kids who needed them, showed up for her hometown when disaster struck, and made taking care of people look less like charity and more like second nature.

That kind of quiet, consistent care is rare. It’s the kind we try to carry with us too as a way of moving through the world.

Dolly Parton was AND IS an inspiration to all of us at The Shop Outpost, and a reminder to be loving and mindful of our neighbors, the way she always was of hers. And we will continue to ask ourselves each day 💕

We know western decor can be a little “intimidating” when you’re exploring what we have at The Shop Outpost, but it should be fun! We don’t believe in aesthetic in the traditional sense, but more so if you see a piece that speaks to you or you love, get creative with it in your home. There’s so much to explore with us, art, weaving, rugs, lamps, and more.
