My most recent amp build - Fender 6g2 circuit. So quiet at idle I thought I'd done something wrong until I started playing. Great tremolo, amazing sound. Mojotone chasis, speaker, and custom cabinet, Mercury Magnetics power and output transformer, caps from Sozo, Sprague, and CE Manufacturing.

This week in the shop: we can fix your disaster! Solvent on the headstock of a nice Martin fixed with sanding and a visit to the spray booth.

This week in the shop: popping backs and fixing cracks. Using hide glue and lots of clamps, the braces on this 1930s Harmony are getting re-glued. Notice from the compression of the kerfing that the back was pressed on without making room for the braces.
