🎙️ Something new this month: PCCP is teaming up with Conifer Radio!

Each month, Conifer Radio sits down with that month's grant beneficiary to talk about their work in the Bailey community.

First up: host Mark Spiroff chats with Dorry Wilner of the PCCP Resale Boutique and Jim Glenn of McGraw Memorial Park about the history behind this beloved riverside park. A home to buildings dating back to 1864, a bridge and school from 1899, and open houses everyone's welcome to visit.

💡 Did you know? PCCP Resale Boutique awards real scholarship money to local high school seniors—and summer is the perfect time to get ahead! The Judy Redline Service Scholarship is open to seniors living between Shawnee and Conifer, or attending Platte Canyon, Conifer High School or homeschooling.

The insider tip: You don't have to wait until senior year to start! You can build up your required 40 volunteer hours any time during high school.

💛 This August, our grant beneficiary is McGraw Memorial Park!

Cared for by the Park County Historical Society of Colorado , this beautiful 20 acre property along the South Platte River in Bailey is a local treasure.

It features:
🥾 Morrow Mountain trail system
🪵 Preserved historic Park County buildings
🛶 River access for kayaking, rafting, and fishing
🧺 Scenic picnic areas

This year's grant will go toward a new ADA ramp at the park, making this historic space easier to enjoy for aging and disabled visitors in our community!

It's the perfect spot to hike, relax, and remember where we came from.

People ask us this all the time — so here's how it actually works. 💛 Every year we partner with several local 285-corridor nonprofits. Their teams volunteer right alongside ours in the Boutique. In return, they become eligible for a grant to fuel their programs. Neighbors showing up for neighbors.

That's the whole idea.
