We're Hiring: Greenhouse Sales Associate
Do you love plants and enjoy helping people? Join our team and help create an exceptional customer experience in a fun, fast-paced greenhouse environment.
What You'll Do
• Assist customers with selecting plants, pottery, soils, fertilizers, and garden supplies.
• Educate customers on plant care, including watering, light requirements, fertilizing, pruning, pest management, and troubleshooting.
• Care for indoor and outdoor plants by watering, pruning, deadheading, weeding, and monitoring for pests and disease.
• Maintain attractive displays, stock merchandise, assist with inventory, pricing, and seasonal displays.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and support daily greenhouse operations and seasonal events.
• Other duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
• Friendly, dependable, and customer focused.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Greenhouse, nursery, retail, landscaping, or horticulture experience is a plus.
• Plant knowledge is preferred but not required—we provide paid training for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn.
Position Details
• Part-time with flexible daytime hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM).
• Weekend availability required.
• Active role requiring the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
