We have made the difficult decision to take a pause on B.A.B.S. for now.  We appreciate everyone who has supported us throughout the years. This is not goodbye, this is see you later. We will still maintain our mission of supporting local farms and businesses, not only by still purchasing, but promoting them on our page.

Now Hiring! Our main man and meat cutter Jon is leaving us for the Army National Guard soon and we need to replace him!

Duties include
Cutting and serving our delicious smoked meats and sides
Pulling meats off of the smoker when done
Helping prepare catering orders
Customer service
Answering the phone
Taking catering orders
Cleaning and closing our shop

Must have reliable transportation, be able to work as a team and have great customer service skills. Training provided.
Hours are
Wednesday thru Friday 10:30-7 pm
Saturday 11-7:30 pm
Pay is negotiable and includes tips!
Meal included!

Did you know we sell leaf lard?

Leaf lard has several health benefits when it comes from pasture raised pork. It’s healthier than butter and is full of oleic acid, vitamin B, and vitamin D. It’s also shelf stable and has a high smoke point.

It’s great for frying, sautéing, and baking. It has no smell or “porky” flavor.

We render our leaf lard in house, the old fashioned way.
