I can’t believe I’ve made it through almost the entire month of September without realizing that it is National Library Card Signup Month. But don’t you worry we’ve still got a week left of September. Get out and go explore your local library!

Good Morning Lovelies,

I’ve been very absent these past couple weeks 😬 but I’ve been working on quite a few things for the bookstore that I can’t wait to share with everybody.
For now I leave you with this a book is a gift you can open again and again. For yourself or for somebody you care about.

Good Afternoon Lovelies,

✨What a turn out our first Uptown Ankeny Farmers Market was!✨
I appreciate everybody that came out to support our bookstore and can’t wait to come back.

Good Afternoon Lovelies,

I’ve been working on a little project for my bookmarks! I’m excited to announce that this little mystery pack is now available on Etsy!

✨Sold✨

I don’t get many orders, but I appreciate every single one that I do get. This bookstore is so much more than just a small business, it’s my passion. So even if I sell only one I’ve accomplished what I’ve set out to do.
My goal is to just bring a little bit of excitement back into ready, find that passion within others.

We get asked quite often if we accept donations.
The answer is of course we do, we love gently used bargain books!
You can bring them to the farmers market or we can meet up or if you’re not local message us to figure something out!
