Recently, Sierra Clark, host of the health and longevity show, “Human,” visited 91 year old Lloyd Kahn to discuss skateboarding and remaining active at his age.

Lloyd started skating at 65. He admits his doctor told him he’s too old to be skating and a few days later he thought “f*ck that, I’m not gonna quit skating.”

An interesting detail that Sierra points out in her video is that Lloyd is constantly moving all day. He also seems to keep his activity rooted in fun and adventure.
