Yesterday, we had the honor of seeing this very special project revealed in memory of David’s late grandmother “GG.” 🤍

This piece was truly a labor of love. Starting with a cedar slab, we used CNC carving, laser engraving, sealing, painting, and finishing techniques to bring the vision to life. Every detail was carefully worked on by us, and this project pushed us to use every skill we have.

There was a lot of time, effort, patience, and heart poured into this one — but knowing who it was being made for made every bit of it worth it.

Seeing it revealed yesterday at GG’s memorial was a moment we won’t forget. We’re incredibly grateful that we were trusted with creating something so personal to honor her memory.

It’s more than a custom piece. It’s a tribute to a life, a family, and the memories that live on. 🤍

Rest peacefully, GG. 🕊️

Our biggest project yet. ✨

This one has pushed us to use just about every skill we’ve learned—from CNC carving and laser engraving to hand chiseling, wood inlay, painting, and sealing. Every step has gone into creating something we’re incredibly proud of, and we can’t wait to reveal the finished piece. Stay tuned… it’s worth the wait.

Hours of testing, tweaking settings, and trying different wood types to get this engraved image just right. David and I worked through countless combinations until we finally found the perfect piece of wood—one we’re truly happy with. That’s the life of a laser engraver: lots of trial and error, but seeing the final result makes every minute worth it. We genuinely love what we do, and the journey is just as rewarding as the finished piece.
