I've never been terribly bougie so I'll admit it, I enjoy a road trip stop at Cracker Barrel and found this reel interesting. Fun job, right?! But seriously try the grilled rainbow trout. It's yummy!

Earlier this year my daughter and I enjoyed an epic Route 66 road trip from Chicago to LA. Quite an adventure and something I will never forget. From our first Buc-ees in Missouri to feeding cows in Oklahoma to standing on a corner in Winslow, Arizona to sunset at the Grand Canyon and all the way to the Rose Bowl and Santa Monica Pier. Incredible.
