The big day at last...Chris and Sebastian are relieved to be moving on to next steps of balancing the water once it's completely filled later today with 135,000 gallons. It's looking great, Good job team!

Pool prep and top coat are in process for the upcoming season. This is it's 10 year Epoxy recoat after making a few repairs along the way.
Grinding of many areas and andblasting the entire surface before final wash down was done over the winter. This week with weather conditions right, Chris and his team are applying the final top coats.
All joints will be refilled with a new product that we have found works better than the original with an expected opening day of May 16th

A big shout out to all our volunteers who came out this morning and worked together making Desert Aire a better place! Great Job!
Then tomorrow morning don't forget about the shred event from 9am to noon in the clubhouse lobby.
And if you need to update your membership card, the office is open from 9 to noon.

Watermain work is well underway for Fowler Lane with the tie-in and road crossing happening today. We appreciate everyone's patience with these projects.
