Can we talk about the six-week "bounce back"?
Six weeks after giving birth, you may be medically cleared.
But that doesn't necessarily mean you're:
✨Sleeping normally
✨ Emotionally recovered
✨ Comfortable in your body
✨ Feeling like yourself
✨ Ready to return to "normal"
Sometimes six weeks is just six weeks.
Motherhood can be beautiful.
It can also be overwhelming, exhausting, isolating and confusing.
Both can be true.
You can love your baby and still miss yourself.
You can be grateful and still need support.
You can be happy and still not feel like yourself.
You don't need to choose one emotion.
You deserve space for all of them.
This is one of the conversations we're bringing into the next chapter of OLLI + VYN
Because postpartum care shouldn't end at the six-week appointment.
