🌵 SAN ANTONIO VENDORS — WE WANT YOU IN DEVINE! 🌵

The 2026 Devine Fall Cactus Festival is coming November 6 & 7, and we are STILL accepting vendor applications!

We’re looking for FOOD VENDORS, RETAIL VENDORS, BOUTIQUES, MAKERS, SPECIALTY FOODS, SMALL BUSINESSES & UNIQUE FESTIVAL VENDORS ready for a fun, busy TWO-DAY event! 🛍️🌮🎪

⚠️ FOOD & DRINK VENDORS: Some food and drink categories have already been filled, BUT PLEASE STILL APPLY! We would love to have your information on our waiting list. Things happen, plans change, and if we lose a vendor in a filled category, we want to have someone ready to step into that spot!

And y’all… this isn’t just a vendor market. 👀

🎶 Saturday night we’ll have award-winning Tejano artist Anthony Patterson performing, along with a full weekend of live entertainment!

🚨 FINAL CALL FOR UNPAID VENDORS 🚨

This notice applies only to vendors who registered for the Devine Fall Cactus Festival but have not submitted payment by the deadline. If we have spoken to you or made contact in the last few days this does not apply to you.

If you still intend to participate, you must contact Tim or Randi by email or text before the end of tonight. If we do not hear from you, your spot will be released and offered to the next vendor on our waiting list.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation as we finalize the vendor lineup. If you have already paid, no further action is needed.

🚨 VENDORS — PAYMENT DEADLINE IS TODAY! 🚨

Today, August 31st, is the LAST DAY to pay your vendor invoice and secure your spot for the 2026 Devine Fall Cactus Festival! 🌵

Beginning tomorrow, September 1st, any spots connected to unpaid invoices will be released and opened back up to other vendors.

If you have received an invoice and plan to join us, please make sure your payment is completed TODAY so you don’t lose your spot!

We are so excited about this year’s vendor market and can’t wait to see everyone in November! 🌵🛍️

📣 BIG NEWS — WE’VE EXTENDED THE DEADLINE! 🎨🌵

We’ve decided to give our artists a little more time! The deadline to submit artwork for the Official 2026 Devine Fall Cactus Festival Vendor Market Commemorative T-Shirt has officially been extended to SEPTEMBER 15, 2026! 🙌

And we’d LOVE to get even more of our surrounding communities involved! If you know an art teacher, art student, artist, or creative person at one of our surrounding schools or communities, PLEASE share this flyer with them! ❤️ There is no age limit and no skill-level requirement — we want to see what our local talent can create!

After entries close on September 15th, the submitted designs will move on to community voting, because we want our community to have a voice in the shirt that represents this year’s festival. Once the winning design is chosen, the official commemorative shirt will be available for PRE-ORDER! 👕🌵

🏆 The winning artist receives:
• $100 cash prize
• 2 FREE commemorative shirts
• 1 FREE vendor booth space at the 2026 festival (if they choose)
• Featured recognition on our page
• Artist spotlight
• Their name credited on the shirts!

We’re also opening up the BACK of the commemorative shirt to local business supporters! For just $10, your business name will be included on the back of the shirts as a supporter of this community project.

It’s an inexpensive way to support a local artist, support the festival, AND have your business represented on a shirt that will be worn throughout our community. ❤️

Hey guys, we will be meeting tomorrow night to start working on the vendor map!! 🗺️

‼️Friendly reminder we are only placing vendors who have paid their invoices. If your invoice has not been paid yet we will not be placing you on the map until it has been.

Tim and I are so excited, this year is shaping up to be bigger and better!!!! 🤗

There is also still time to sign up if you have been on the fence about joining us or know somebody who you think should be a vendor!

🌵 CACTUS FESTIVAL VENDORS — PAYMENT REMINDER! 🌵

We have officially sent out all vendor invoices! We are still waiting on quite a few payments, so we wanted to send out a quick reminder.

All invoices must be paid by August 31st to keep your vendor space. Any spaces that have not been paid for by the deadline will be released.

If you signed up and believe you should have received an invoice but haven’t seen one, please reach out to us through email or Facebook Messenger so we can get it taken care of.

We know everyone is busy, but getting these payments in is really important on our end too. We can’t start accurately building the vendor maps and assigning spaces until we know exactly who is officially coming.

We’re getting closer and getting excited! Thank you to everyone who has already taken care of their invoice, and thank you for helping us get everything lined up for another great Devine Fall Cactus Festival! 🌵🇺🇸

🌵 Vendor Update! 🌵

The first round of vendor invoices has officially been sent out!

If Tim has reached out to you, please check your email for your invoice. Once payment is received, your vendor space will be reserved.

If you haven’t heard from us yet, don’t worry! We are still reviewing applications and working our way through them. We’ll be in touch as soon as we can.

If you haven't spoken with us yet, please:

🌵 Vendor Applications Are About to Expand!

Until now, we've primarily promoted vendor applications within our local communities. Beginning soon, we'll be opening and actively promoting applications to San Antonio and many of the surrounding communities.

If you've been thinking about applying or have been waiting to submit your application, now is the time. While we still have spaces available, they are filling quickly, and once we begin advertising to a much larger audience, we expect applications to increase significantly.

🍔 Food & beverage vendor spaces are especially limited, so we encourage those vendors to apply as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and support as we continue building what is shaping up to be the biggest Cactus Festival vendor market we've had in years! We can't wait to see everyone this November! 🌵🎉
