What a day celebrating 140 years of The Dexter C***r Mill! 🍎❤️
Yesterday was everything we could have hoped for and more. We are so incredibly grateful to our friends, family, loyal customers, vendors, and everyone who helped bring this celebration to life. After 140 seasons, seeing so many familiar faces and generations of families come together at the mill made the day incredibly special.
The weekend definitely came with a few unexpected setbacks, but thanks to an amazing group of people behind the scenes, everything came together just in time. A very special thank you to SB Electrical Contractors for helping get us back up and running for the celebration!
Throughout the afternoon, we enjoyed live music by Dex Joseph, face painting by Happy Faces, a beautiful hand-painted anniversary sign by Fully Tailored, and plenty of c***r and doughnuts, and one very special moment we will never forget.
We were honored to welcome Senator Sue Shink, Congresswoman Debbie Dingell, Representative Jennifer Conlin, and Representative Carrie Rheingans, who presented The Dexter C***r Mill with both State and Congressional tributes in recognition of our 140th anniversary. We are incredibly thankful for their support and for taking the time to celebrate this milestone with us.
And a huge thank you to Michigan Wedding Videographer, who captured the entire day on video. We can’t wait to share it with all of you!
Most of all, thank you to every person who has supported The Dexter C***r Mill through the years. We’re so excited for the rest of our 140th season and for all the seasons still to come.
We’re OPEN TODAY until 5 PM! As a reminder, we are closed Mondays and Tuesdays and will be back open Wednesday.
