White Chocolate Mint Swirl Brownies

Ingredients:
1 Box DCD Truffle Fudge Brownie Mix
½ Cup DCD White Chocolate Mint Martini Mix
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick of butter, melted
2 eggs
Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Lightly grease an 8-inch square baking dish.

3. Prepare DCD Truffle Fudge Brownie Batter as directed; pour into prepared pan.

4. In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine cream cheese and DCD White Chocolate Martini Mix. Mix on medium speed until light and fluffy.

5. Pour mint mixture on top of brownie batter. Use a butter knife or skewer to swirl the batter with the mint mixture.

6. Bake for 32-35 minutes or until set.

Raspberry Balsamic White Chocolate Blondies

fabulous twist on a classic recipe that takes no time at all. They’ll be asking you, “How in the world did you think of that?!”

Ingredients
DCD White Chocolate Blondie Mix
DCD Cocoa Raspberry Balsamic Glaze

Preparation

Prepare DCD White Chocolate Blondie Mix according to instructions.
1.Pour Blondie Mix into lined baking pan.
2.Drizzle approximately two (2) tablespoons DCD Cocoa Raspberry Balsamic Glaze over surface in straight lines or random pattern.
3.With a toothpick or wooden skewer, swirl Cocoa Raspberry Balsamic Glaze through Blondie Batter, making sure to only create patterns and not mix into batter.
4.Bake according to instructions.

Something new and spicy fun for dinner!

Sweet ‘N’ Spicy Shrimp Fajitas

Ingredients
3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons DCD Sweet ‘N’ Spicy Cocoa Rub
1 Pound of uncooked, cleaned shrimp
1 medium onion, sliced
1 ½ cups Bell Peppers (Any Color) sliced
8 Six-inch flour tortillas
½ Cup DCD Roasted Chipotle Chocolate Salsa

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, Cocoa Spice Rub, and 1 tablespoon of oil; set aside. In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, combine oil, onions, and peppers. Sauté until tender, remove from pan and set aside. In the same pan over medium-high heat, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in the peppers and onions and cook for an addition 1-2 minutes. Serve with warm tortillas and Roasted Chipotle Chocolate Salsa.
