I know it's been quite a while since I've posted.
Pardon my absence.The restaurant construction has been put on hold due to finances and high cost of materials. As you may recall I am building and supplying all out of pocket on my own.
It's been tough at times.
Currently I have turned my attention to real estate . Well the bank and me on rental property.
At present time ROI. Return on investment is more rewarding than investment continued with no immediate return from the snack shack.
Fear not the snack shack will resume but at a later date.

Spent the last two weeks working on the resturant.
Moving on to phase three which is the last small section of construction that needs to be done.
After that it's just a matter of cosmetics and moving in the bigger equiptment and final touch ups.
Finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

Good afternoon.
Just a small update.
I'm building the restaurant out of pocket. Trying to go into business as debt free as possible.
I temporarily put construction on hold due to material prices being sky high however there are signs that prices are dropping a bit now and there are still smaller things I can keep working on.
They've repaired the roof and all the leaks are stopped.
A new breaker box has been purchased and most of the new wiring is done. A new air conditioner installed and is working great.

Were a little past half way into completion.
This is going to happen it's just going to take a little longer than planned.

Sorry folks. I know it's been a while since I posted.
Ive worked my way towards the final phases of construction but as you may know materials have sky rocketed and is slowing progress as I am doing all out of my own pocket.
Please bare with me I know it's taking a while but this will become reality.
A plus... I finally have air conditioning in operation
Which will make things a lot more comfortable while working.
