No single variety defines premium fall floral positioning in retail more distinctly than Antique Hydrangeas. Their dusty, muted tones, ranging from sage and blush to burgundy, green, the visual signature of a fall floral department that is performing at the highest level.

They are also the most supply-constrained specialty item in the fall calendar. Retail programs that secure supply commitments in advance have consistent, high-quality product through October and November. Those that rely on spot market availability manage variability in quality, color consistency, and fulfillment reliability.

InBloom Group supplies Antique Hydrangeas across the full grade range: mini, select, premium, and jumbo, in the complete color palette. Our farm-direct sourcing gives us quality control and supply visibility that spot market purchasing cannot replicate.

If Antique Hydrangeas are part of your fall program and your supply is not yet confirmed, this is the post to act on.

As September reaches its midpoint, the Q4 floral planning window is functionally closed for most specialty items. Before the season begins, every retail buyer should be able to answer two questions with confidence:

Is your full fall and holiday assortment confirmed with your supply partner, including variety, volume, packaging, and delivery schedule?

Does your supply partner have a demonstrated logistics infrastructure capable of maintaining product quality and delivery reliability through the compressed timelines of October, November, and December?

InBloom Group’s commercial team is available to address them, now, before Q4 begins, when options still exist. We do not recommend this conversation for October. By then, it becomes significantly more difficult to serve.

Retail floral is not a single-format business. The product requirements of a Valentine’s Day program are structurally different from a summer wedding program, a Thanksgiving table arrangement set, or a Christmas wreath display. And yet many retail buyers manage all of them through suppliers whose program flexibility does not match the complexity of the calendar they are trying to serve.

InBloom Group is built for the full occasion calendar. Our team works with retail and wholesale buyers to plan occasion-specific programs well in advance, including variety selection, packaging format, volume, and delivery scheduling tailored to each event.

We do not offer a fixed catalog and ask buyers to adapt. We ask what your calendar requires and build the program around it. Special occasions we currently support include: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, summer weddings and events, Thanksgiving, Christmas and holiday season, and year-round everyday retail programs.

If your occasion is not listed, ask us. Our team will plan it.

Farm-direct supply is not a marketing phrase. It is an operational structure that produces measurably different outcomes for our retail partners.

When InBloom Group cultivates Roses, Fillers, and Greens on partner farms, we control the variables that determine product quality before a stem ever enters the cold chain.

Harvest timing, post-harvest handling, grading standards, and packing protocols are managed by our teams, not by intermediaries whose incentives are not aligned with yours.

The result is product that arrives at your distribution center at peak quality, with vase life and presentation standards that reduce shrink and improve the consumer experience at the shelf level.

For retail buyers evaluating supply partners, the question is not whether farm-direct matters. It is whether your current supplier can demonstrate what farm-direct means in practice, and whether that practice is reflected in the product your customers see every week.

We welcome that conversation. To connect with our team, comment below or send us a direct message. A member of our commercial team will follow up to discuss your program requirements.

No product category drives floral department performance more consistently than Roses.

They are the highest-volume fresh-cut item in retail, the default purchase for every major gifting occasion, and the benchmark against which shoppers evaluate the quality of your entire floral program.

InBloom Group cultivates Roses directly on partner farms, giving us quality control that begins at the growing stage, not at the distribution center.

Our Rose’s Program includes:
-Standard Roses: year-round availability across all colors, stem lengths, and pack sizes
-Garden Roses: premium positioning with strong margin potential and high consumer appeal
-Spray Roses: versatile mid-tier option with extended vase life and broad color range
-Fair Trade certified Roses: audited supply chain for ESG-committed retail partners
-Painted and tinted varieties: specialty differentiation for premium departments and seasonal sets

What is listed here is not the complete range. We supply Rose varieties across dozens of cultivars and can source specific colors, grades, or formats not shown here.

Your Rose’s Program reflects your floral department’s standard. Ours reflects ours.

Any volume. Any market. Any season.

One of the most consistent operational challenges in retail floral is finding a supply partner capable of scaling with your program, across market sizes, seasonal peaks, and volume fluctuations, without compromising product quality or delivery consistency. InBloom Group’s distribution infrastructure is built for exactly this requirement.

Our logistics capabilities accommodate programs of any scale, from single-location grocery operations to multi-regional retail chains, in large metropolitan markets and rural communities alike. We leverage decades of floral distribution expertise to manage the complexity of perishable supply chains so that our retail partners can focus on category performance rather than supply uncertainty.

Volume is not a constraint. Reliability is the standard.

Q4 planning opens

The best-performing retail floral programs share one operational characteristic: they are planned significantly in advance of the season they serve.

InBloom Group’s commercial team is already meeting with buyers to finalize Q4 holiday programs: Garlands, Wreaths, holiday bouquets, specialty stems, and the full assortment your department requires for the November-December peak.

Supply commitments for the holiday season are best secured 5-6 months in advance. That window opens now.

Ready to discuss your floral program? Comment below or write to us directly and our team will reach out to address your requirements. We are available to support inquiries at any stage of your planning cycle, current season or advance programs.
