Today marks the beginning of a new chapter for Downtown Dothan.
We are honored to be named one of Alabama’s newest Main Street Designated Communities. This achievement reflects the dedication of countless community leaders, business owners, property owners, volunteers, partners, and residents who believe in the future of our downtown.
While we celebrate this milestone, we are even more excited about the work ahead. Together, we will continue building on the momentum already taking place downtown by strengthening partnerships, supporting businesses, preserving our historic character, and creating new opportunities for investment and growth.
Thank you to Main Street Alabama, our Board of Directors, the City of Dothan Government, Visit Dothan, the Wiregrass Foundation, our stakeholders, and everyone who helped make this designation possible.
The work starts now and the future of Downtown Dothan has never been brighter.
