📢 A Friendly Reminder from Bryant’s Outdoor Equipment
At Bryant’s Outdoor Equipment, we are committed to providing exceptional service and standing behind our work. We often go above and beyond for our customers, including offering complimentary services and courtesies that are not required but are simply our way of saying “thank you” for your business.
However, we would like to remind everyone that complimentary services have defined limits. Additional repairs, adjustments outside of warranty coverage, maintenance items, and other services beyond what was promised are subject to normal charges.
Most importantly, we have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior toward our staff. Our employees work hard every day to provide knowledgeable, honest, and professional service. They deserve to be treated with the same respect that we extend to our customers.
Questions and concerns are always welcome, and we are happy to discuss them professionally. But cursing, belittling, or mistreating our team is unacceptable and may result in our refusal of future service.
