St Andrews Event Space will host Auctions, Gallery shows, Weddings, Reunions, Receptions, Pageants, Charitable events or any community function. The historic significance of the old Malone Motor Company gives the market an old world feel. This historic building retains nearly a century of nostalgia and history. The buildings retains one of the Nations last remaining Ford model T assembly lines known to still exist in its original location. We would like to remind the saint Andrews market followers that Kitty Couture boutique, Buxom Belles plus size boutique, saint Andrews soap company, saint Andrews Candles, miller honey, horton honey, origami owl, air plant terrariums, and eyeglass fashions have all temporarily relocated to 131 North Foster Street Suite 2 inside The Nest until the market is reopened. They all have unique items and great Christmas gifts. We look forward to being back at the market and appreciate everyone's patience during this time.

I have an update regarding Saint Andrews Market. After years of sacrifice and labor it is with deep regret and sadness that I have been notified that due to the scale of damage from the tornado, The bank has decided they will be paying off 90 percent of our mortgage loan with 100 percent of the insurance money settlement. Leaving us a smaller mortgage on a 23,000 sqft building with a 2000sqft hole in the roof that we can't use.. i don't even know what to say or think. I didnt even think this was possible. my deepest appologies to all the families at the market...we didnt know this was coming at all. I didn't think it was going to work this way and it was not our choice at all. I can't appologies enough to all the families affected. P's this in no way effects District or our operations there or else where downtown. your continued support at District and Kitty Couture at the nest on Foster during this time is even more valuable and appreciated. Any suggestions or recommendations are welcome at this point. We want to rebuild and maybe now that the debt is paid we may still be able to find a way forward. Ever faithful and hopeful...Iggy.

Hello all my Facebook friends. Well it's been a hectic and very hot summer this year. My husband and I spent many days on the road for business which lead us to all sorts of wonderful places to explore. Needless to say the humidity and the travel has kept me out of the studio. Yesterday was the first day in about three months that felt cool enough to get back to work. So here is the start to my next egg. I think I will call it..... "Woven Egg". This is an Ostrich egg and will take quite a while to work on. It feels good to get back to work again. The travel was wonderful but as my grandmother said ....." the roads you encounter while traveling are wonderful but the best road is the one that leads to Home". I hope you had a great summer too. If you get a chance come down to the Highlands Antique Mall and check out my display cabinet there. I am sharing it with "Created by Edith". We will be there at least until the Market reopens. You will see some very unique handmade jewelry along with my decorated eggs. Have a wonderful week. God bless and bye for now
