🌸 A LITTLE MELISSA BLOOMS UPDATE! 🌸

We’re officially getting into the crazy part of moving a flower shop, so I wanted to give everyone a heads-up about what the next couple of weeks will look like as my timeline has changed a tad bit!

MONDAY:
I’ll be at my current shop during normal business hours receiving and processing flowers for this week’s weddings.

The shop will be OPEN for walk-ins, and I’ll be taking orders as usual!

STARTING TUESDAY & FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK:
I’ll be working out of the NEW Melissa Blooms location designing and preparing for this week’s weddings.

During this time, both locations will be closed to walk-in shopping.

BUT — I’m still taking everyday flower orders! 🌷

Then, starting September 28th, I will be FULLY CLOSED and will not be taking flower orders while I move everything into the new shop and get ready for our Grand Re-Opening.

🍂 BIG CHANGES ARE COMING TO MELISSA BLOOMS! 🍂

Renovations in the new building are almost complete! Next up is flooring and paint! September + early October are going to look a little different around here!

Here’s what you need to know:

>>September 14–18 | LIMITED AVAILABILITY
I have TWO weddings this week, so everyday flower orders will be limited. Pre-orders are highly encouraged, and same-day availability may not always be possible.

>>September 21–October 2 | PARTIALLY CLOSED
Our current storefront will be closed to walk-in shopping while I make the big move into our new space!

I’ll still be accepting online and phone orders for flowers, with delivery and scheduled pickup available. If you know you’ll need flowers during this time, ordering ahead will be the best way to guarantee availability.

>>October 3–16 | FULLY CLOSED
We’ll be taking a short family vacation October 6–10, and then I’m giving myself the following week to put all of those final touches on the new shop before we open the doors.

I cannot WAIT to finally welcome you into the new Melissa Blooms!

This move has been a huge undertaking, and I appreciate your patience while I temporarily slow things down so I can get everything moved, organized, stocked and ready for you.

I have so many fun things planned for our Grand Re-Opening — fall flowers, cozy treats, a giveaway, shopping, plants, gifts and, of course, a first look at our brand-new home.
