table sculpture.

📕 Curtis Jere is not a single person, but a combined fake name used by two artists and brothers-in-law, Curtis Freiler and Jerry Fels, who founded the Artisan House company in 1963. Their goal was to make "gallery-quality art for the masses" using metals like brass, copper, and steel.

Their "Feathered Spiral" and related spiral designs feature welded brass rods and mixed metals on heavy marble bases, produced during the 1980s.
