Thank you Wendell Berry for all your wise words and reflections. I can only imagine the discussions you and Dolly and Tim could have and what inspiration we can draw from the examples the three of you (and so many others) have set for us all.

🔊 on for some quiet calm estuary sounds.

I had some time yesterday to sit at Adams Point in Durham. It was so peaceful to watch the water, plants, animals, and people all coexisting in this space.

It was especially fun to have these sandpipers arrive to enjoy the space too! My IDs are rusty these days so I couldn't tell you exactly what species but still a highlight.
