Lughnasdh pronounced Loo-nah-suh, also known as Lammas, is a harvest festival that originated in Ireland to honor the Celtic deity Lugh, who is known as the solar god. This harvest season not only honors the crops but also nature’s abundance, wealth, and beauty. This is also when we begin seeing all of our hard work start to pay off.

Ways to celebrate:
🌽Create a meal with fresh veggies such as corn and squash. Roasted corn on the cob, fresh corn salad, corn or squash fritters, ratatouille
✨️Create an abundance altar
🌽Make a corn dolly from corn husks
🍞Make homemade bread

It was a beautiful week of relaxation and celebrating mom's life. We are home and ready to get back into it!

We are taking some family time away to recharge, reset, and spread mom's ashes on the cape. It's been a difficult month and a half since her passing. I finally feel like I'm coming up for air and I'm looking forward to spending time in her favorite spots with some of her favorite people.

All orders placed during our vacation will be sent out on 7/23.

✨️Happy Litha✨️ aka Midsummer or summer solstice. Today is the longest day and shortest night of the year. Today we celebrate the sun, abundance, growth, and prosperity.

Ways to celebrate:
🔥Have a bonfire or if it is crazy hot today or you need something a little more low energy you can light a candle, burn incense, or even bbq on the grill
🌻Make a flower crown with red, orange, and yellow flowers to represent the sun and invite in prosperity and blessings
🌱Gather herbs to dry and use for the year or to use fresh in salads, baking, etc.
🍓Feast on fresh fruits and veggies
📕Write in a journal to reflect on the year so far and envision and put intention towards growth, abundance, and prosperity in your life.
🌞Spend time outside and soak up the powerful energy of the sun. Enjoy the sunrise or sunset.
🫖Make sun tea. This is a wonderful opportunity to add in fresh herbs like thyme and lavender to infuse a little extra magic into your tea.
